母血中游离CRH、PLAC1、Selectin-P的mRNA表达水平与子痫前期的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较孕妇血浆中胎盘来源的外周血促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、胎盘特异蛋白-1(PLAC1)、选择素P(Selectin-P)基因的mRNA表达水平在子痫前期患者和正常孕妇之间的区别。方法:选择30例子痫前期病例(病例组)及40例正常孕妇(对照组)采集外周血提取RNA,分析上述3个基因的游离mRNA表达水平,并在两组间采用t检验比较。结果:CRH、PLAC1和Selectin-P在病例组及对照组的孕妇外周血中均有表达,病例组孕妇外周血中CRH、PLAC1、Selectin-P的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕母血浆中的胎盘来源的游离CRH、PLAC1、Selectin-P表达水平对于妊娠期高血压疾病,子痫前期的发病具有预测价值。 Objective: To determine differences of concentrations of expression of mRNA of external corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH), placenta specific-1 (PLAC1) and selectin-P gene between preeclamptic and normal pregnancies. Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 30 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 40 normal pregnant women. Plasma RNA was acquired and analyzed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. Median concentrations of CRH, PLAC1, and selectin-P mRNA in plasma were compared with statistical t-test. Results: All pregnant women were found expression of mRNA of external CRH, PLAC1 and Selectin-P gene, which were significantly higher in pregnant women with preeclampsia compared with normal pregnant women(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CRH, PLAC1, and Selectin-P are distributed differently in pregnant women with and without preeclampsia, which are higher in pregnant women with preeclampsia and may be used as reference of diagnosis of preeclampsia.
