三腔二囊管联合奥曲肽在食管静脉曲张破裂出血治疗中的护理体会

Treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding by three-channel double-ballon catheter combined with octreotide

目的:探讨使用三腔二囊管联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血中的护理效果。方法:对27例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者应用三腔二囊管压迫食管,联合奥曲肽静脉滴注的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组中术后3d内止血24例,3例于拔管后3d内发生再出血,经再次插管治疗后止血。结论:三腔二囊管联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉破裂出血能够提高止血率。

Objective： To explore the effect of three-channel double-balloon catheter combined with octreotide on esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 27 cases treated by three-channel double -balloon catheter combined with intravenous injection of octreotide. Results： 27 cases had hemostasis in 3 days after operation, while 3 cases had recurrence in 3 days and had been under control after reintubation. Conclusion： Three-channel double-balloon catheter combined with octreotide is effective in treating esophageal variceal and can promote hemostasis.
