低碳经济视角下的造纸工业节能减排

Review on saving energy and reducing discharge of China paper industry in low-carbon economy perspective

从低碳经济的角度审视造纸工业节能减排的作用和意义,并提出了造纸工业节能减排的技术创新和开发工作,应该从研发造纸企业能量系统诊断与集成优化技术和研发造纸企业节能工艺装备关键共性集成技术两方面开展,使我国造纸行业尽早真正成为低碳行业。

The effect and sigificance of paper industry saving energy and reducing discharge were introduced,from the low-carbon economy point of view.Two aspects of research and development which should be stresses in the process of technological innovation of sving energy and reducing discharge,one is the（power diagnostic system）diagnosis for energy system and integrated optimized technology of paper mills,the other is the key and common integrated technology of energy-efficient process and equipment,were put forward to make China paper industry to become a real low-carbon industry soon.
