摘要
针对目前发电厂中存在的发电设备点检盲目性问题,提出了可靠性点检(RSI)的概念。RSI在考虑系统功能拓扑结构和设备运行风险两方面因素的基础上,将点检规划的过程分为静态规划和动态调整2个阶段。根据致命度将系统功能分为关键功能和非关键功能,并分别规划不同的点检任务;对关键功能涉及的设备进行风险评估,并根据风险度将设备分为高风险设备、较高风险设备和低风险设备动态调整点检规划。RSI提高了点检的效率,使设备运行的安全性和经济性得到了优化。
In order to deal with the problem of blindness in spot inspection in power plant, reliability spot inspection (RSI) is put forward in this paper. Based on the topology structure of system function and equipment running state, RSI divides spot inspection planning into two phases which are static planning and dynamic adjusting. Firstly, from the point of system inherent function,RSI sorts system function into key function and non - key function according to lethality by WFMEA analysis and performance analysis,then plans spot inspection tasks respectively. Secondly, RSI evaluates the running risk of equipments with key function during the period of running, and sort equipments into highest risk equipment, higher risk equipment and low risk equipment according to equipment current running risk,then adjust spot inspection planning dynamically. So, RSI not only ensures the system necessary reliability, but also saves a lot of resources and improves the spot inspection efficiency, which optimizes both the safety and economy of the system and guides the practice of spot inspection in power plant.
