300MW循环流化床锅炉石灰石输送系统存在问题及改造

PROBLEMS EXISTING IN LIMESTONE CONVEYING SYSTEM OF 300 MW CFB BOILER AND RETROFIT THEREOF

四川白马循环流化床(CFB)示范电站300MW CFB锅炉石灰石输送系统存在出力不足、管道堵塞和磨损等问题,分析了造成这些问题的原因。通过提高管线的输送能力,以及重新布置输送线管道及阀门等措施,使上述问题得以解决。

The problems, such as insufficient output capacity, blockage and worn- out in pipelines etc. , exist in limestone conveying system of 300 MW CFB boilers in Sichuan Baima CFB Demonstration Power Plant. Regarding to this, through enhancing the conveying capability of pipeline, as well as rearranging pipes and valves in the conveying line,the above- mentioned problems have been solved.
