摘要
目的为制定中国新生儿脐静脉血碱剩余正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法本研究收集了中国8大地区用血气分析仪器测定的1 976例新生儿脐静脉血碱剩余正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与地理因素的关系。结果发现新生儿脐静脉血碱剩余正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有显著的相关关系(F=79.420),并得出一个最优回归模型:(?)_v=-2.034-0.285X_2+0.008 14X_3-0.001 20X_4+0.127X_5+0.156X_6±0.358。结论依据新生儿脐静脉血碱剩余正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为东北区、华北区、晋陕内蒙古区、长江中下游区、东南区、西北区、西南区、青藏区八个区,如果知道了中国某地的地理因素指标,可以用该方法估算这个地区的新生儿脐静脉血碱剩余正常参考值。
Objective To supply a basis for uniting the standard of newborn's normal reference value of umbilical vein blood base excess. Methods A research is made about relationship between the normal reference value of 1976 examples of umbilical vein blood base excess of newborns and geographical factors . Results It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the newborn's normal reference value of umbilical vein blood base excess are quite significant (F = 79. 420). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis , one ^ regression equation is given out: Yv = --2. 034--0. 285X2 -F 0. 008 14X3 --0. 001 20X4 -F 0. 127X5 d-0. 156X6 ±0. 358. Oonclusion If geographical values are obtained in some areas ,the newborn's normal reference value of umbilical vein blood base excess of this area can be reckoned using regression equations. (According to the similarity of the newborns normal reference value of umbilical vein blood base excess and considering effects of geographical factors and population distribution,China can be divided into eight regions:Northeast ,North , Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia area, Middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River area, Southeast, Northwest,Southwest and qngzang region. ).
