摘要
我国是胃癌的高发区,中晚期胃癌的预后差。因此,明确导致胃癌的危险因素,并制定积极的预防策略显得尤为重要。幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染、饮食习惯、黄曲霉毒素、微量元素及白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)β基因多态性等被认为与胃癌发生有关。本文就导致胃癌的危险因素及可能的预防方法进行综述。
The morbidity of gastric cancer in China is high, while the prognoses of gastric cancer in advanced stage are still fairly poor. Therefore, identifying the risk factors of gastric cancer and developing effective preventive strategies are of great importance. Infection of Helicobacter pylori, diet habits, aflatoxin, microamount elements deficiency and interleukin--1β gene polymorphism, and so on, were believed related to the incidence of gastric cancer. In this article, we reviewed the risk factors and possible preventive methods of gastric cancer.
