摘要
以3 a生引种刺槐无性系对比试验林为材料,测定各无性系在人工冷冻处理下的相对电导率、酶活性、MDA含量变化,采用隶属函数值法对各项指标测定值用模糊数学隶属度公式进行定量转换,根据函数值的大小对8个无性系抗寒性进行综合评定。结果表明,相对电导率、MDA含量随处理温度降低而逐步升高,SOD和POD酶活性则表现为先上升后下降的趋势。无性系间在各项指标上均存在差异,且在-10℃^-30℃范围内差异最明显。无性系抗寒性最强的是RCR,而2428的抗寒性最低。
Relative electrical conductivity, enzyme activity and MAD content were tested and analyzed with 8 three- year- old clones of Robinia pseudoacacia L. under controlled freezing treatments. Then we converted transited the different test values by using the formula of membership grade in fuzzy mathematics. According to the subordinate function data, we evaluated the cold resistances of the 8 clones. Result shows that relative electrical conductivity, MDA content increased with lowering the controlled temperature, whereas SOD and POD enzyme activity increased at first and then decreased. The variation indexes of clones differ significantly, and the most distinctive range was between - 10℃ - 30℃. The highest cold resistance of clone was PCR and the lowest was 2428.
