摘要
目的:建立帕金森病(PD)动物模型,探讨天元冲剂对PD小鼠黑质内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及行为学变化的影响。方法:选用纯系C57BL老龄鼠30只,随机分为空白组、模型组和冲剂组,采用腹腔注射MPTP法制备PD小鼠模型,使用天元冲剂灌胃进行治疗。检测小鼠黑质内的GSH含量、GSH-PX活性的改变;观察小鼠爬杆实验与悬挂实验的评分的变化。结果:经统计学处理数据表明,与对照组相比,天元冲剂能增加冲剂组小鼠脑内GSH含量、增强GSH-PX活性(P<0.01);可以提高小鼠的爬杆实验与悬挂实验的分数(P<0.01),改善小鼠的运动协调能力。结论:天元冲剂能改善PD小鼠的行为协调内力,增加黑质GSH含量,使黑质GSH-PX活性增强。
Objective:To establish an animal model of PD in aging rat and study the effect of TYPPI on the GSH content,the GSH-PX activity of PD Model Rats.Methods:Select 30 pure C57BL aging rats which were divided into Control group,Model group and TYPPI group.In the experiment we adopted intraperitoneal injection with MPTP to duplicate model PD and carried on intragastric administration with TYPPI to model rats.Then Animals were examined in the amount of GSH,the activity of GSH-PX in the substantia nigra(SN),the time of the pole test and The scores of the traction test.Results:After the TYPPI treatment,the amount of GSH and activity of GSH-PX in the TYPPI group increased remarkably compared with the model group.The time of the pole test and the scores of the traction test in the TYPPI group increased remarkably,compared with the model group.Conclusion:TianYuan powder preparation for infusion(TYPPI) could ameliorate rats'ability of motor coordination,augment the content of GSH and enhance the activity of GSH-PX.
