摘要
以土豆淀粉、丙烯酰胺为原料,采用水溶液自由基聚合的方法,通过正交实验制备了耐盐性快速吸水树脂。为得到最佳工艺条件,考察了自由基引发温度、引发剂浓度、单体的浓度等8个因素,正交实验最佳结果所得树脂3 min吸收1%氯化钠水溶液58.5倍,且吸收后的盐溶液呈中性。
A rapid and effective starch grafted acrylamide superabsorbent was synthesized by grafting a crylamide onto potato starch, using N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent and pota-ssium persulfate and sodium sulfite as a redox initial system. In order to get the best condition, eight factors were investigated, such as temperature, initiator concentration, the monomer concentratio, etc. The optimum result of the orthogonal experiments is that the superabsorbent can absorb 58.5 times 1% sodium chloride solution in three minutes and the remaining salt solution showes pH neutral after absorption.
