车辆齿轮油在公交车手动变速器上的应用研究

变速器在汽车运行过程中经常处于不断变化的转速、负荷下工作,特别是公交车辆的手动变速器,换挡频繁,同步器的接合频率高,对变速器的使用维护以及合理用油都有较高要求。文章对公交车手动变速器在用油进行了跟踪分析,对比不同品牌油品的实际使用效果,找出了某些车辆齿轮油用于公交车手动变速器出现异常现象的原因,提出了相应的处理办法,同时选用长城GL-5 85W-140和长城GL-4 90车辆齿轮油在公交车上做行车试验,考察了长城车辆齿轮油在公交车手动变速器上的适应性和换油期,强调了合理用油与维护的重要性。

Automobile transmission often works at variable running speed and load. The manual transmission for bus controls frequently,and synchronizer has a high contacting frequency. So, the high demands on making reasonable use of oil and service for transmission are needed. In this paper, the used oil of manual transmission for bus was monitored and analyzed to contrast the actual service effects of the different oils. The reasons of abnormal phenomena occurred after using some automobile gear oils on manual transmission for bus and the solution were enumerated. At the same time, the field tests of Changcheng GL -5 85W - 140 and GL -4 90 automobile gear oils were carried out on bus. The suitability and the oil drain intervals of Changcheng automobile gear oils for bus manual transmission were investigated. And the importance of making reasonable use of oil and service was emphasized.
