Qualification Education,Personality Education and the Scientific Development Viewpoint

资格与人格既有联系又有区别。资格在社会生活中很重要,但人格更重要。尊重人格,实施人格教育,才能鼓励创新,才能科学发展,同时也是以人为本的体现。因此,现行的资格教育应当让位于人格教育,在人格教育基础上再实施资格教育,培养全面发展的人,以实现社会可持续发展。

The qualification and the personality have both the relations and the differences. The qualification is very important in the social life, but the personality is more important. The respect for personality and implementing personality education can encourage the innovation and promote scientific development. It is also humanist manifesting simultaneously. Therefore, the present qualification education must yield to the personality education, then be implemented on the basis of personality education to raise the human of full scale development and realize the social sustainable development.
