纵观中共党史,历届党代会之后的三中全会往往提出对中国改革具有转折意义的重大决策。文章透过1978年以来的历届三中全会,总结了中国经济体制改革的历史背景、发展过程和宝贵经验。认为历届三中全会突破了中国市场化进程中的意识形态束缚,在内容、过程和逻辑、指导思想上体现出继承性和超越性。在三中全会锐意进取、开拓创新精神的鼓舞下,中国必将与时俱进,探索具有中国特色的和谐社会的治理之道。

Looking at the CPC＇s history＇, several major policy decisions are often made in every Third Plenary Session, and these decisions are of great significance for China＇s reform. The article analysis of the Third Plenary Session since 1978,and then summarized the historical background, development process and valuable experience of China＇s economic system reform. The Third Plenary Session of the previous not only have broke the shackles of ideology but also reflected inheritance and transcendental in the area of content, logic process and guiding ideology. Inspired by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session, such as forge ahead, pioneering and innovative, China will advance with the times, exploring a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the governance of the Road.
