摘要
目的：分析运用三维外固定器治疗合并软组织缺损的胫腓骨骨折的效果。方法：应用三维外固定器治疗开放性骨折、多段骨折、近关节部位骨折等复杂的胫腓骨折共34例。结果：随访7-28个月（平均14个月），30患肢在6～8月获得临床愈合。6患肢在1肛12月愈合，2例伤口感染者在伤口愈合后6月行植骨术，最终获得骨性愈合。结论：三维外固定器治疗合并软组织缺损的胫腓骨骨折，疗效可靠，创伤小。
Objective：To retrospectively analyse the effect of three-dimensional external fixator treatment of tibiofibular fracture. Methods：34 cases of tibiofibular fracture complicated with soft-tissue failure were treated with three-dimensional external fixator.Results：All of the 34 cases healed. The average clinical healing time was 8 months.Conclusion：Three-dimensional external fixator is suitable for tibiofibular fracture complicated with soft-tissue failure; it is reliable, and deserved to be widely uesed.
