铈改性分子筛对汽油中噻吩去除效果的研究

摘要 以NaX型分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法将NaX型分子筛浸渍到Ce3+溶液中,利用改性后的分子筛对汽油中噻吩去除的效果进行了试验测试,测试中考察了改性分子筛的用量、吸附时间、初始浓度和搅拌速度对去除噻吩的影响,并且比较了改性前后分子筛吸附量的变化.结果表明:Ce3+改性分子筛在吸附噻吩1.h后达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量为13.1.mg/g,且初始浓度越大,搅拌时间越长,越有利于吸附反应的进行;搅拌速度太快,反而不利于对噻吩的吸附. NaX-molecular sieve was used as carrier and was dipped into Ce^3+ solution by impregnation. The removal effect of thiophene from gasoline using modified molecular sieve was tested which including the effect of its dosage, adsorption time, initial concentration and mixing speed. The adsorption, before and after the modification of molecular sieve, was compared. Experimental results indicated that the adsorption of Ce-modified molecular sieve to thiophene reached equilibrium after one hour. The largest amount of this absorption is 13.1 mg/g. High initial concentration and long mixing time are good to adsorption reaction but too fast mixing speed goes against the adsorption of thiophene.
