通过对工艺人员工作过程进行连续抽样写实，归纳和分析了企业工艺人员的工作内容，采用主次因素排列图，确定了主要工作内容，并优化其工作过程，从而建立工艺人员工作程序标准。

In this paper, the work content of production technicians in enterprise is summarized and analysed through continuously sampling record of their work processes, and then the firstsecond factor chart is used to choose and determine main work content of technicians. The process of main work content is improved and the work procedure standard of them is established.
