摘要
为分析干燥参数对苜蓿品质的影响,研究了热风温度对苜蓿干品中酸性洗涤不溶氮(ADIN)以及干燥温度、热风速度、处理方法和干燥时间对苜蓿干草中的粗蛋白和粗纤维含量影响。结果表明,随着干燥温度和进程增加,ADIN值呈增加趋势;对苜蓿粗蛋白变化率的影响程度从大到小依次为干燥温度、干燥时间、热风速度和处理方式(负相关)。对苜蓿中粗纤维含量相对变化率影响程度依次为干燥温度、热风速度、干燥时间和处理方式(负相关)。对于初始含水率70.17%的苜蓿鲜苜蓿,在干燥温度140℃、热风速度0.65m·s-1,条件下,经4min干燥,可以获得高蛋白质和低纤维高品质苜蓿干草。
Based on the experiments of and drying conditions in terms of drying drying temperature on the acidic detergent insoluble nitrogen (ADIN) temperature, hot-air velocity, pre-treatment method and drying duration on the crude protein (CP) and crude fiber (CF) of dried alfalfa product at the thin-layer experimental device, the effect of drying conditions on the quality of dried alfalfa was studied in this research. The results showed that ADIN value of dried alfalfa product increased with drying temperature and drying duration. Impact level Of drying conditions on the crude protein of dried alfalfa product: drying temperature, drying duration, pretreatment method (negative effect), and on the crude fiber of dried alfalfa product: drying hot-air velocity and temperature, hot-air velocity, drying duration and pretreatment method. For the fresh alfalfa stems with initial moisture content of 70.17%, to obtain the high quality alfalfa product with high crude protein and low crude fiber, the optimum drying condition was developed as following: drying temperature of 140 ℃, hot-air velocity of 0.65 m ·s^-1 and drying duration of 4 min.
