Fundamental Analysis on Wheeling Cost of Power Flow——A Problem of Sharing Cost of Transmission Facilities

对输电设备的利用份额问题建立了数学模型，提出了潮流标注图上不存在有向回路的定理，在此基础上利用图论方法开发了适合任何复杂电力系统的高效算法。计算并分析了参考文献［２］中ＵＫ－３０节点系统输电设备利用份额问题，指出该文献的算法是错误的。

The paper establishes a rigorous mathematical model of generation and load distribution factor based on the two axioms of Ref.. Then a theorem is proposed and proved which states that there is no directed loop in the loadflow graphs. By the theorem the paper presents a very efficient algorithm for the generation and load distribution factors for any network configurations. The calculation results for the UK30 node system are given to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in the paper.
