结合沾河林业局面临的困难和存在的问题,确定了可持续发展的内涵,提出了以保护现有森林资源与积极培育后备森林资源为基础、以实施森林分类经营为核心、以调整产业结构为重点的可持续发展的对策。
The content of the sustainable development of Zhanhe Forestry Bureau was determined on the basis of the existing difficulties and problems. The countermeasures for the sustainable development of Zhanhe Forestry Bureau were put forward; that is, taking protection of existing forest resources and cultivation of reserve forest resources as the basis, and implementation of forest classification management as the core, and industrial restructuring as the stress.
