摘要
完善的林业科技服务体系是推广应用林业科技新成果、提高林业科技贡献率的保证。通过对白城市林业科技服务体系的调查,指出了白城市林业科技服务体系存在的问题,分析探讨了产生这些问题的原因,从体制与机制、投资渠道、人员培训等方面对加快林业科技服务体系建设提出了建议。
Effective forestry set - tech service system is an important guarantee for promoting the application and popularization of new achievements and raising the contribution rate of forestry science and technology. Based on the investigation of forestry sci - tech service system in Baicheng City of China, the existing problems and causes in the system were analyzed. Suggestions for speeding up the system construction were put forward in terms of system and mechanism, investment channels, and personnel training, etc.
