抗震救灾时期超声检查在骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨抗震救灾时期便携式超声检查在骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法采用便携式彩色多普勒超声诊断仪高频探头对震后闭合性外伤20例患者应用常规耦合剂于伤痛处按探头横切、纵切两种方式顺序扫查,判断骨折情况;对开放性外伤8例患者经专科医生清创处理后,应用无菌石蜡油为耦合剂,使用一次性无菌薄膜包裹探头再行超声检查,判断骨折情况。结果28例患者中,总计23例行X线复查,超声诊断与之相符的为21例,相符率91.3%。结论在抗震救灾时期便携式彩色多普勒超声诊断仪不受环境影响,无需特殊准备,不受患者状态限制,检查方法简便快捷,无放射性损害,对诊断骨折是一种安全有效的方法。 Objective To explore the value of the portable ultrasound in the diagnosis of fracture during earthquake relief. Methods Twenty cases with closed trauma in post-earthquake were examined with portable ultrasound diagnostic apparatus t9 clarify the diagnosis of bone fracture. Using high-frequency probe and routine coupling agent in pain, across and parallel direction examination were performed respectively. Eight cases with open trauma were examined in sterile conditions after debridement of the injured sites. Results Twenty-three cases with closed trauma were rechecked with routine X-ray later, in which 21 cases were in line with the ultrasonic diagnosis. Conclusion In the earthquake relief period, portable color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus has the following advantages: no environmental impacts, no special preparations, no restrictions of patients, and no radioactive damage. It is a safe and effective method for the diagnosis of bone fracture.
