复方甘草酸单铵联合甲砜霉素治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate Combined with Thiamphenicol in the Treatment of Palmoplantar Pustulosis

目的观察复方甘草酸单铵联合甲砜霉素治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法采用开放对照法,每日静脉点滴复方甘草酸单铵注射液40 ml,同时予以甲砜霉素1.5 g口服并外用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏,治疗掌跖脓疱病22例,30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效、起效时间和不良反应。对照组14例仅外用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏。结果治疗组22例中,12例痊愈,6例显效,总有效率81.82%,不良反应较轻,停药后消失。对照组14例中,1例痊愈,显效3例,总有效率28.57%。结论复方甘草酸单铵联合甲砜霉素治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效显著,副作用少,对掌跖脓疱病治疗有良效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of compound ammonium glycyrrherate combined with thiamphenicol in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods The open-control trial was used in this study. Twenty-two patients were drop-fed with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate at the dosage of 40 ml per day. At the same time,they took thiamphenicol at the dosage of 1.5 g everyday. Thirty days later,the effects of the treatment, the time when the drugs took effect and the adverse reactions were analysed. Results Twelve patients were cured clinically. Six achieved obvious effects. The drugs took effects within fifteen days. The adverse reactions were slight and disappeared after the treatment was stopped. Conclusion Compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with thiamphenicol has obvious effects on palmoplantar pustulosis with few side-effects.
