福建省水电持续发展的思考

Thinking about continuous Development of Hydropower Enterprises in Fujian Province

分析了中型水电成为福建省水电主体的原因；回顾了福建省中型水电建设的三个时期及当前面临的问题；论述了小水电的地位、作用、现状、存在问题及发展目标；介绍了福建省电网及农村用电的情况；提出了福建省水电建设中值得思考的问题。

The causes of that the middle-scale hydropower projects have become the principal part of Fujian Province' s hydropower, are analyzed. The three periods of the middle-scale hydropower construction in Fujian Province and problems faced with in recent time, are looked back. The status, action, recent situation,existing problems and developing aim of the small hydropowers are also discussed. The power network and the situation of rural use of electricity in Fujian Province are described. Finally, problems merited thinking about in the hydropower enterprises construction of Fujian Province, are proposed.[
