建筑市场规范化与国有建筑企业产权制度的改革

在传统招投标模型的基础上，结合我国由计划经济向市场经济转型时期建筑市场的特点，建立了包含产权制度在内的、新的招投标模型．通过此模型，对国有建筑企业产权制度改革和建筑市场体系的进一步完善提出了政策建议．并对我国目前建筑工程招投标实践中出现的相关问题的根源进行了剖析．

On the basis of previously bidding model, combining the characteristics of construction market in times of economic system transition, a new bidding model is built. Making use of the model, policy suggestion on perfecting construction market and reforming the property right system of state owned construction enterprises is proposed and the cause of problems in bidding practice is analysed.
