摘要
创建学习型组织是知识经济条件下组织创新的必然要求。学习型组织突破了传统的组织管理模式,给予组织员工一定的自主空间,使得员工能够自我管理。作为一种主体性的管理实践,自我管理推动员工自主学习,提升组织成员创新学习能力,从而实现个人与工作的融合,使人们在学习型组织中实现生命的意义和价值。
Establishing learning organization is the necessity of organizational innovation in the era of knowledge economy. Learning organization break through the traditional organization management mode, it gives enterprise personnel certain space for self-management. As a subjective management, self-management can make enterprise personnel learn by themselves, improve organization members creative learning ability, and realize individual and work mix together, so as to make enterprise individual embody the meaning and value of life in learning organization.
