摘要
某型柴油机联轴器上的弹性连接片在试车过程中发生断裂,断裂的形式是严重的脆性断裂。连接片厚度约0.7mm。技术要求:材料65Mn、硬度≥26HRC。通过一系列理化及电镜分析找出弹性连接片断裂的原因,从根本上解决弹性连接片断裂的问题。
A snap break down was taken place with the flexible link plate one model diesel engine, and it was a serious fragile broken. The thickness of the plate was 0. 7mm, Technical requirement ： material was 65Mn, hardness was ≥26HRC. We find the cause of snap broken by series analysis of physical - chemical and scanning electric microscope. To have this question settled finally.
