Abstract: Establishment of transfering prospecting ownership and mining ownership has great important significance in mining industry prospecting and expliotation according to law. The article deeply disscusses concept and essence of transfering prospecting ownership and mining ownership, it also clarifies understanding confusion on transfering the two ownerships.
