摘要
工厂搬进校园,合作建立实训实习基地、人才培养基地,依托"校中厂"校企合作模式,培养职业技能人才,是职业教育教学改革的新尝试,也是人才培养的新模式。学生在"校中厂"校企合作中实现了"双身份",企业在"校中厂"校企合作中实现了"双效益",学校在"校中厂"校企合作中实现了"双丰收"。
The factory is moved into the campus. They establish training bases personnel training bases, relying on "Factory in schools" school- enterprise cooperation mode, cultivate the vocational skilled talents. It is a new attempt of vocational education teaching reform, but also a new mode of peisonncl training. Students realize a "double identity", companies achieve "double benefit" and schools get "double harvest" in school- enterprise cooperation "Factory in schools".
