大黄在急性有机磷农药中毒抢救中的应用

Application of phubarb on emergency of acute organophoshours pesticide poisoning.

目的:观察大黄在预防有机磷农药中毒并发反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征方面的应用效果。方法:将86例急性口服有机磷农药重度中毒患者随机分为实验组(胃管内注入大黄)和对照组(胃管内注入甘露醇)各43例。观察两组治疗过程中反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征的发生情况及治愈人数。结果:实验组反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征发生人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治愈人数多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:大黄导泻有利于减少有机磷农药中毒患者反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征的发生,提高治愈率。

Objective：To observe the rhubarb in the acute oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with combined anti -jumping, intermediate syndrome （ IMS）, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） . Methods：86 cases of acute oral administration of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into experimental group （group catharsis rhubarb） and the control group. To observe the course of treatment rebound, IMS, MODS hap- pened happened and cured the number of the number. Results ： Rebound, IMS, MODS happened in experimental group obviously less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and the cure was more than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Rhubarb could redule the occurrate of reduced rebound, IMS, MODS .and improve the cure rate.
