By making the planning of green construction project management and implementing the requirements of green construction proiect management of Qingdao Olympic Sailing Base, the construction management principles of ＂whole process, omnibearing, whole-staff participation＂ are carried out and the special management measures according to ＂ecological environment protection, energy saving and depollution＂ are taken. All the measures not only protect the environment and save the energy, but also positively contribute the implementation of three concept ＂green Olympics,hi-tech Olympics and humanistic Olympics ＂
