摘要
目的研究NF-κB/p 50和Bcl-2在大肠癌组织中的表达,分析二者在大肠癌发生、发展进程中的作用及意义。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测NF-κB/p 50和Bcl-2在42例大肠癌及5例正常粘膜组织中的表达。结果NF-κB/p50和Bcl-2在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为61.9%和52.4%,明显高于正常粘膜,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008;P=0.026)。NF-κB/p 50的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿块大小、Ducks分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理参数均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Bcl-2的表达与Dukes分期和淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P=0.031;P=0.002);大肠癌中NF-κB/p50和Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.332,P=0.032)。结论NF-κB/p50的高表达很可能促进了大肠癌的发生;NF-κB/p 50可能通过调节Bcl-2基因来抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡。
Objective To investigate the expressions of NF-κB/p 50 and Bcl-2 in carcinoma tissue of large intestine and their correlation. Methods The expressions of NF-κB/p 50 and Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P) in 42 cases of carcinoma of large intestine and 5 cases of normal large intestine. Results The positive rates of NF-κB/p 50 and Bcl-2 expressions in carcinoma of large intestine were 61.9 % and 52. 4%. NF-κB/p 50 and Bcl-2 expression,which in carcinoma of large intestine group was higher than that in normal large intestine (P=0. 008;P =0. 026 ). The expressions of NF-κB/p 50 was not statistically related with clinicpathological parameters of carcinoma of large intestine(P〉0.05). The expressions of Bcl-2 was statistically related with Dukes staging and lymphatic metastasis(P= 0. 031;P= 0. 002). Conclusion High expression of NF-κB/p 50 probably promoted genesis of carcinoma of large intestine. NF-κB/p 50 might inhibit tumour cell apoptosis by adjusting Bcl-2.
