摘要
以新课程改革为目标,考察现行农村中小学音乐教师培训,存在着缺乏个性化(农村化)、缺乏现代音乐知识、缺乏文化内涵之不足;农村音乐教师培训应采取吸纳现代知识、体验"城市化"生活、"上山下乡"考察民风为内容的培训新模式。
