摘要
以板状刚玉、电熔莫来石、Al2O3粉、硅线石和粘土为原料,制备了莫来石-刚玉高温窑具,并研究了锆英石加入量对其力学性能和抗热震性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着锆英石细粉的增加,抗折强度有所下降,抗热震性能有较大改善,当锆英石细粉加入量为12%时,获得较好的热震性能。同时还发现随着烧成温度的升高,试样热震性能出现下降。
Mullite-corundum kiln furniture materials were prepared by using tabular corundum, fused mullite ,Al2O3 powder,sillimanite and clay as raw materials ,influences of different zircon addition on the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of the samples were researched. Results showed that with the increasing of the zircon powder in the matrix,flexural strength of the samples decrease gradually, but it has better thermal shock resistance. When the specimens were added with 12% zircon powder, it has much better thermal shock resistance. At the same time, it was also found that with the increasing of firing temperature , the thermal shock performance of the specimens decrease.
