摘要
以略阳电厂粉煤灰为原料,在其加入固体Na2CO3,研究不同煅烧温度对粉煤灰物相的影响。结果表明在800℃煅烧1h后,试样中的物相主要为硅铝酸钠和少量的霞石,试样中无石英相。在800℃煅烧1h后的试样中加入硅灰,研究水热时间对合成P型沸石的影响。结果表明水热36h,能够合成结晶较好的P型沸石,沸石形貌为1μm的球状颗粒。合成P型沸石、天然沸石和粉煤灰对Cd2+的吸附性能进行了研究,结果表明:合成的P型沸石吸附能力最好,吸附率为97.82%。
The effect of different calcinations temperature on phase of fly ash was studied, which fly ash was supported by Lueyang power plant, added with Na2CO3. The result shows that the main phase is sodium aluminum silicate and a little nepheline phase, none quartz phase in the specimen after calcinations for 1 h at the temperature of 800 ℃. The effect of hydro-thermal time on synthesis of zeolite P was studied the specimen by mixed silica fume. The better crystallization zeolite P is synthesized after hydro-thermalization in 36 h and its microstructures is 1μm spherical particle. Otherwise, the adsorption ability of zeolite P, natural zeolite and fly ash for Cd^2+ were researched. The results show that the zeolite P adsorption ability is the best of all, which adsorption rate is 97.82%.
