摘要
通过试验研究确定大庆油页岩灰符合火山灰质混合材要求,能与熟料掺混生产水泥。配制了不同油页岩灰掺混量的水泥样品,按照国标进行强度试验,并采用X-射线衍射仪分析了28d胶砂试块的物相组成。结果表明:随着油页岩灰掺量的增加,水泥样品胶砂强度整体呈下降趋势,且前期下降幅度大,后期小;高掺混量时熟料中的C3A矿物含量不足,试样检测出钙矾石;油页岩灰掺量为5~10%,水泥样品强度仍能达到与熟料的相同的强度等级;掺量为15~20%,其强度亦接近熟料的强度等级;掺量在20%以上时,强度下降显著。
It was confirmed that the oil shale ash met the requirement of the standards of pozzuolanic admixture and could be as cement filler. Nine cement samples, which were consisted of different mixing amount of oil shale ash, clinker and gypsum, were tested to obtain the strength value according to the National Standard and the cement blocks were analysed by XRD. The results showed that the cement strength is reduced as the increased amount of oil shale ash and has a large decreasing amount in the previous period. Incorporation of a large amount of oil shale ash, ettringite is detected by XRD which is attributed to lacking of C3A mineral. While the mixing amount of oil shale ash is 5-10%, the cement strength is equal to the clinker strength; While the mixing amount is 15-20%, the strength is close to the clinker strength; While the mixing amount is more than 20%, the strength is significantly depressed.
