摘要
借助压实曲线、X射线衍射等分析手段,研究了膨润土、NaOH溶液等粘结剂对玻璃配合料的压实性的影响,并对其粘结机理进行了分析。研究结果表明:粘结剂的加入能有效提高玻璃配合料的致密化程度,最小致密化临界压力值仅为8kN。玻璃配合料的压实性与粘结剂的加入量密切相关,在相同条件下,随着粘结剂加入量的增加,配合料的压实性提高,致密化临界压力值降低。同时,压实曲线的变化趋势也与粘结剂的加入量有关,在不同的粘结剂加入量下,配合料的压实曲线存在很大差异。
The effects of the binders, such as bentonite, sodium hydroxide solution, on the compactability of glass batch were investigated by means of compaction curve, X-ray diffraction, and the corresponding bonding mechanisms were analyzed. Experimental results show the compact degree of glass batch can be effectively improved by adding the binder, the minimum critical pressure of densification is only 8 kN. The amount of the binders has greatly effect on the compactability of glass batch, under the same condition, with increasing the amount of binders, the compactability of glass batch improved, and the critical pressure of densification reduced. Moreover, the tendency of the compaction curve is related to the adding amount of the binders, the compaction curve show great difference with different adding amount of the binders.
