肿瘤患者血清中刀豆蛋白A结合型IgG检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤患者血清中刀豆蛋白A(concanavalin A,Con A)结合型糖基化IgG的变化。方法选择16例胃癌、10例肝癌和20例健康对照者为研究对象,采用硫酸铵-氯化钠沉淀法粗提血清中免疫球蛋白,再以Con A-Sepharose沉淀法除去其中Con A结合型免疫球蛋白,最后ELISA方法检测经Con A-Sepharose沉淀前后IgG的变化。按计算公式(ODC-ODT)/(ODC-OD空白)×100%得到Con A结合型IgG的百分比。结果对照组、胃癌组和肝癌组血清中Con A结合型IgG的百分比分别为7.25±6.92%、14.58±7.51%和23.06±6.73%,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论癌症患者血清中含有高水平的Con A结合型IgG,并且肝癌患者Con A结合型IgG较胃癌患者更高。 Objective To investigate the aheration of concanavalin A (Con A)-positive IgG in the serum of patients with carcinoma. Methods The serum samples were collected from 16 patients with gastric carcinoma, 10 patients with liver carcinoma and 20 healthy persons. First to precipitate IgG from the serum by the (NH4)2SO4-NaCl solution,then draw off the Con A-positive IgG in the IgG solution by Con A-Sepharose. The levels of IgG were detected respectively before and after treatment by Con A-Sepharose. According to the formula (ODc-ODT)/(ODc-ODB) × 100%, calculate the percentages of Con A-positive IgG in total IgG. Results The percentages of Con A-positive IgG were 7.25 ± 6.92%, 14.58 ±7.51%and 23.06 ± 6.73%respectively in control group or in patients with gastric carcinoma or in patients with liver carcinoma. There were significant difference between them, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The level of Con A positive IgG in serum was found to be increased in patients with carcinoma, and it was more higher in patients with liver carcinoma than patients with gastric carcinoma.
