摘要 目的探讨前列腺按摩液(EPS)、血清、精浆中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在男性不育的作用。方法用ELISA法检测60例慢性前列腺炎(CP)的不育患者EPS、血清、精浆中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α的水平,20例正常生育男性做对照,并对所获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果伴有前列腺炎不育患者的EPS及精浆中细胞因子IL-2、TNF-α、IL-6的水平明显高于正常男性,差异有极显著性(P<0.001);不育组血清中IL-6及TNF-α值明显高于正常对照组;正常对照组与不育组血清中的IL-2值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);EPS中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α各指标与血清及精浆存在正相关,EPS中TNF-α与精浆中TNF-α相关系数r=0.726,P<0.001。结论在慢性前列腺炎症产生的细胞因子是精浆里的主要来源,说明精浆内表达不同的细胞因子可能参与影响精子功能,在不育的发病中起重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the levels of cytokine IL-2, IL-8 and TNF-α in the expressed prostatic secretions (EPS), serum and seminal plasma of Infertile men with chronic prostatitis (CP) and to evaluate the significance of the cytokines to the male infertility. Methods IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α levels were measured in the EPS, serum and seminal plasma of 60 .Infertile men and 20 normal controls by ELISA., and the results were statistically calculated. Results The IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α levels of EPS, seminal plasma and the IL-6 and TNF-ulevels of serum in Male Infertile patients were significantly higher( P 〈 0.001) while serum than those in the controls( both P 〈 0.05) .There was no statistically significant difference between the IL-2 levels of serum in Male Infertile patients and in controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). The cytokine levels in EPS were correlated directly with those in serum or seminal plasma. The TNF-α level in EPS was rwas higher correlated with those in seminal plasma ( r = 0.726, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion During chronic prostatitis, the inflammatory cytokines in seminal plasma mainly come from EPS may involved in the regulations of sperm function and reduce male fertility function and reduce male fertility.
