摘要
目的为了解男性的生殖健康状况及精液质量的趋势,对我院近九年检查的精液质量状况进行分析。方法按《WHO人类精液及精子-子宫黏液相互作用试验检验手册》标准,对本院1999年至2007年间共33871例精液,采用北京伟力彩色精子质量检测仪进行检测,并对每一年度精液常规与运动参数等项进行比较。结果1999年至2007年每年的精液质量比较中,年龄、精液量、液化时间、pH值之间无明显差别(P>0.05);而其他参数,如活动率、A级比例、B级比例及相关动态参数(包括运动的前向性(STR)、直线性(LIN)及摆动性(WOB)、平均直线运动速度(VSL)、平均路径运动速度(VAP)和平均曲线运动速度(VCL))则有明显的下降趋势(P<0.05)。而精液中白细胞的比例呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论精液质量的逐年降低,影响因素有很多,保持良好的生活方式,维护好的生活环境,控制各种生殖系统炎症是保证精液质量有效的措施。
Objective In order to understand the overall trend of the semen quality that relates to the male reproductive health, samples collected in the recent nine years at our hospital were analyzed and assessed. Methods A total of 33 871 semen samples collected between 1999 and 2007 were analyzed on a Weili Color Sperm Analysis System manufactured by Beijing Weili New Century Science & Tech Development Co., Ltd. according to the Laboratory Manual for Analysis of Interaction between Human Semen/Sperm and Cervical Mucus by WHO. Conventional and dynamic parameters of these samples from each year were compared. Results From 1999 to 2007, there have been no statistical differences ( P 〉 0.05) of the age of donors, volume,liquefying time and pH values of the semen samples. On the other hand, sperm mobility, ratios of Grade A and Grade B sperms, as well as other dynamic parameters (including straight line mobility (STR), linear mobility (L IN), wobble mobility (WOB), average velocity of straight line (VSL), velocity of average path (VAP) and average velocity of curve line (VCL)) showed an obvious down trend during these years ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Overall quality of semen demonstrated a significant down trend from 1999 to 2007 in Chenzhou area,Hanan Province. There are many factors affecting this down trend. It is suggested that maintaining a healthy life style,a good living environment and the reproductive system health would be the effective measures to keep the good quality of sperms of man.
