摘要
非正式学习是创新型人才资源开发的重要途径,它对创新型人才资源开发的作用主要有:提高创新型人才素质、弥补正式学习不足、提供平台。个人、企业、政府都应根据非正式学习理论改善方法,共同提高创新型人才资源开发效率。
Informal learning innovation and human resources is an important way to develop its innovative role in the development of human resources mainly including: to improve the quality of creative talent, to make up for lack of formal learning, providing the platform. Individuals, businesses, governments should be based on informal learning theory to improve the methods and enhancing the development of innovative human resources efficiency.
