简要介绍了液压自由活塞柴油机的工作原理、动力学仿真模型,通过仿真计算和试验研究,详细分析了设计参数对该柴油机性能的影响规律,获得了影响液压自由活塞柴油机活塞运动规律的主要参数,为压缩比控制、活塞运动规律控制提供了参考依据,为所研制的液压自由活塞柴油机原理样机设计提供理论指导。
The principle and dynamic simulation model of hydraulic free piston diesel engine were briefly introduced. Through the simulation and experiment, the influence of design parameter on diesel engine performance was analyzed. Finally, the main parameters that influenced the piston motion of hydraulic free piston diesel engine were acquired, which provided the reference for the control of compression ratio and piston motion, and the theoretical guidance for the design of hydraulic free piston diesel engine prototype.
