摘要
研制了涡轮增压器止推轴承烧结黄铜材料和钢背—烧结合金双金属材料。结果表明:与目前使用的锡青铜基材料相比,烧结黄铜具有较高的硬度、拉伸强度和耐磨性能;双金属材料在保持良好摩擦性能的同时,具有更高的强度和承载能力。
Turbocharger thrust bearings were prepared respectively with sintering brass and steel-sintering alloy. Compared with tin bronze, sintering brass showed larger hardness, higher tensile strength and better wear resistance. The results show that bimetallic materials keep good friction performance and meanwhile have higher strength and bearing capacity.
