摘要 目的分析骨密度仪测量骨密度的变异系数。方法使用双能X线骨密度仪测量标准模块,每日1次,共测量1156次,根据测量结果计算变异系数。结果骨密度仪测量高、中、低骨密度的标准差均为0.001,变异系数依次为0.07%、0.10%、0.20%。结论骨密度分析仪测量骨密度变异系数较低,有较好的稳定性,但其变异系数随着骨密度的降低有增加趋势。 Objective To analyze the coefficient of variation (CV) by measurements of bone mineral density with the dual - energy X - ray absorptiometer ( DXA, Prodigy). Methods A standard calibration module was measured by daily Quality Assurance (n = 1156), and the value of CV was calculated and analyzed according to the measured data. Results The standard deviation of BMD measurement was 0. 001, in the order of high, middle and low BMD, and the CV was 0.07% , 0. 10% and 0.20% , respectively. Conclusion The DXA measurement of BMDs reveals low CVs, which indicates the satisfactory stability of DXA, while the CVs tend to increase in accordance with the decrease of BMDs.
