摘要
目的通过钢丝结扎法建立大鼠实验性牙周病模型,并进行组织学评价。方法将18只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,在每只大鼠右侧下颌第一磨牙牙颈部结扎钢丝。第1、2、4周处死动物,确定实验动物牙周病发生的时间并进行组织学评价。结果结扎钢丝1周即出现牙龈炎,4周出现牙周炎,成功建立了大鼠牙周病模型。结论SD大鼠实验性牙周病模型与人牙周病在形态及组织学上变化基本一致,可作为牙周病防治的研究模型。
Objective To establish experimental periodontitis model in SD rats by ligating steel-wire and give a histological evaluation. Methods Eighteen male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups and steel-wire was ligated around the cervical of each right first maxillary molar. The animals were sacrificed at first, second and fourth week. The exact time periodontitis formed was recorded and routine histological evaluation was performed. Results Gingivitis appeared after one week and periodontitis also emerged after four weeks postoperatively. The establishment of periodontitis model was successful. Conclusion When the disease appeared, the histological changes of periodontal tissue in SD rats are almost consistent with human beings. Consequently, SD rats can be regarded as an animal model for periodontological research.
