乳腺癌CXCR4的表达与淋巴结转移及预后的关系 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)的表达及其与淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化检测90例乳腺癌(腋窝淋巴结转移阳性45例,阴性45例)CXCR4的表达,分析CXCR4的表达与乳腺癌患者淋巴结转移及预后的关系。结果乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移组CXCR4的阳性表达率为80.0%,高于无淋巴结转移组37.8%(P<0.05);不同病理分型乳腺癌中CXCR4的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期和生存期乳腺癌中CXCR4的阳性表达率不同(P<0.05)。结论CXCR4的检测有助于估计乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移状况和估测预后。
