2005～2008年我院血脂调节药物使用分析

Utilization of lipid regulating agents in our hospital during the period 2005-2008

目的了解近年来我院血脂调节药物的使用情况及用药趋势。方法采用限定日剂量方法对我院2005-2008年血脂调节药的购入金额、品种、用药频度等进行分析。结果近4年来，血脂调节药用量逐年上升，其中他汀类药物占主导地位；从用药频度（DDDs）观察，辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀用药频居前两位。结论血脂调节药的需求量逐年递增，应加强对其用药变化趋势的监测。

Objective To investigate the status and trend of lipid regulating agents used in our hospital. Methods Consumption sum, kinds and DDDs of the lipid regulating agents were analyzed in our hospital during the period 2005-2008 by the method of defining daily dose （DDD）. Results In the past four years, the consumption sum of the lipid regulating agents increased year hy year, in which the consumption sum of Vastatin occupied the dominant position. Observing in respect of DDDs, the utilization frequency of Simvastatin and Vastatin Calcium was on top two. Conclusion The demand of the lipid regulating agents increases yearly and attention should be paid to monitor the utilization trend of drugs.
