摘要
为了避免曲线插补过程中,步进电动机频繁起动、加、减速和停止所引起的加工效率低等问题,在保证加工精度要求的前提下,提出了一种两轴联动的直线段转接点处平滑过渡的速度分配算法,从而实现了不同轨迹段的连续加工。该算法能保证插补过程的高速度、高精度。
The frequent starting, accelerating, decelerating and stopping of stepping motor reduced the machining efficiency in the curve interpolation process. While ensuring the machining accuracy, the smooth transfer speed distribution algorithm of two linked line segments was presented. This algorithm realized the continuous machining along trajectory segments and ensured high speed and high accuracy interpolation process.
