摘要
循环经济是实现区域经济可持续发展的战略选择。分析区域循环经济发展水平综合评价指标体系设计的指导思想,阐述了其构建的基本原则,并结合国内外研究现状,从经济、社会、环境和资源四大系统构建了区域循环经济发展水平综合评价的指标体系。
Cyclic economy is a strategic choice for realizing the sustainable regional development. This article points out the guidelines for the comprehensive assessment index system design of the regional cyclic economic development, and elaborates on the fundamental principles of construction. With the consideration of the current research situations both domestic and abroad, the comprehensive assessment index system design of the regional cyclic economic development is established in the systems of economy, society, environment, and resources.
