循环法测定低浓度SO2在乙二醇中的气液平衡 被引量:4

摘要 文章设计了一种测定低浓度(≤4.51×10-2mol/m3)SO2气液平衡的封闭循环系统。在此系统中,通过改变温度和压力等条件,采用气相色谱法得到了一系列SO2的校正曲线。随机研究了SO2在25℃,101.86—144.53 kPa条件下的气液平衡关系,曲线拟合结果表明,SO2在乙二醇中的气液吸收平衡满足二次多项式关系。此封闭循环系统操作简便,能够同步、准确、快速地测定气体中SO2的浓度,为溶液吸收SO2达气液吸收平衡的研究提供了保障。 A closed gas circulation system (GCS) was designed for measuring the gas-hquid equilibrium (GLE) of dilute SO2( ≤4.51× 10^-2 mol/m^3). The gas chromatogram calibration curves for GCS were established by varying temperature and pressure. GLE data of dilute SO2 were investigated in GCS at 25℃ and 101.86-144.53 kPa. The closed gas circulation system shows that GLE relationship is in good agreement with the quadratic equation. The GCS is easy for operation, the concentration of dilute SO2 in gas can be fleetly and accurately determined, and benefits for the investigation of GLE of dilute SO2.
