摘要
较全面地研究了缺口根部曲率半径、缺口长度、缺口端部椭圆率以及试样类型、材料等对失效评定图的影响。提出了缺口应力强度因子修正方法,通过这一修正方法建立的失效评定图可有效地消除缺口因素对失效评定图的影响。经过修正。
The influences of the root curvity radius,length,end ellipticity of a notch and the forms,materials of the sample on the failure assessment diagram were totally studied.The revision method of stress intensity factors of a notch was proposed,and based on the revision method,a failure assessment diagram was established for eliminating efficiently the influences of a notch on the failure assessment diagram,the revised crack failure assessment diagram could be more accurately used for the complete assessment with notch structure.
